We do not share your information with anyone else.  Whatever information you volunteer to us is treated in the strictest confidence and is not used for any other purpose than to fulfil your requirements as a customer.

We do not store financial details for customers.  If you order by telephone and pay by credit or debit card, your details are securely destroyed afterwards and we do not store them after the transaction is satisfactorily completed.  If you order online, your details are handled by a specially selected card processor such as PayPal, the best known and most secure way of using your card for online shopping.  We do not accept direct payments from the internet so your details are safe and secure at all times.

Spam Avoidance - a real annoyance and inconvenience for most internet users is "spam" or unsolicited email.  Much of this is generated from insecure websites by "spammers" who hijack a part of the website to send out their mail.  Often the owner of the website remains unaware of this activity until either someone complains or their website becomes choked with garbage.  For this reason the forms you see on this website use what is known as CAPTCHA technology.  This involves you entering a series of random characters that are presented in such a ways that it is almost impossible for even the best text recognition software to to decipher.  By getting you to do this, we ensure that you are a real human being and this stops the "spammers" sending unsolicited email from our website.  Clever eh!
